All parking areas require either head-in parking or for the vehicle to be parked so that the license plate faces the drive aisle. Vehicles parked on the roadways, curbside ends of rows, etc., are subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owner's expense.

Game day parking closures/faculty, staff and student parking access

Weekend event rates apply only to vehicles parked on Saturday. Overnight visitor parking is prohibited at all other parking areas. Visitors wishing to park overnight must park at one of the decks. Weekend event parking rates are in effect for overnight parking on home football game weekends beginning on Thursday at the East, HUB, Nittany and West decks and Friday at Eisenhower Deck. State College Borough Police are advising fans that lane restrictions on Atherton Street and Beaver Avenue near their intersection will remain in place on Saturday, and drivers should expect extreme congestion in this area during morning hours.
